Once the side pieces are off, the screws that hold the front corner pieces in place are exposed. The rear top corner pieces are held on with 2 or 3 speed nutz that are accesible in the same opening. The trim between tail lights & top bed trim are held on by 2 or 3 speed nuts. To remove the bed trim, remove the 2 small corner panels at the rear of the bed. Once the rear corner pieces are off, slide the long side rasil trim backward. You need to remove the inner panel from the tailgate to get at them from underneath. You need to remove the inner panel from the tailgate to get at them from underneath. The tailgate top trim is held by 4 or 5 bolts. The pieces on the front fenders, behind the wheel opening are held on by speed nuts, that can only be accessed by removing the inner fender or loosening the fender itself. Most of the body trim is press on-pull off, except that several pieces have a srew holding them in at the door for instance. Then pull the panel away from the upper receivers, and place it on top of the roof. To reinstall the roof panel, make sure the vehicle is parked and the windows are down. These should click in, signaling that the roof panel is now secured inside the rear hatch. The rear pins should slide into their respective receivers first, after which each front corner can be pushed into their respective receivers. The roof panel can now be stored in the rear hatch. With each release handle unhinged, press the button on the rear handle, and lift the roof top panel up and forward from the structure of the vehicle. Two of these are located near the sun visors, while the third is towards the rear of the vehicle. Next, unhinge the three release handles that secure the roof to the structure of the 2020 Corvette. From there, the rear hatch should be opened, and any items stored in the rear trunk behind the engine should be removed in order to provide enough room to store the roof top panel.
